Please note that we do not currently provide refunds. Our products are freshly made from scratch upon ordering to ensure quality and accuracy. If you receive an incorrect product, please email us a picture of the error and we will promptly send you the correct item.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days via email info@pandacurly.com. We require a photo of the damaged or incorrectly shipped product along with your order number.
